This Privacy Policy applies to all users of ImaginViz(hereinafter referred to as the "App"), which provides core functions including image stylization, image-to-video generation, AI clothing replacement, and AI face swapping. This policy clearly defines our data processing, privacy protection and user rights rules, applicable to all global users of the App.
By accessing and using our App services, you fully acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please stop using our App immediately.
1. Data Collection & Storage Rules
No Permanent User Data Storage. We strictly adhere to the zero-data storage principle for user privacy protection. All images, videos, portrait information and other content uploaded or created by users are only temporarily processed in real time to complete the requested AI creative functions (image stylization, image-to-video generation, AI clothing replacement, AI face swapping).
After the completion of the single service request and the generation of user’s final creative content, all temporary uploaded materials, original image/video files, face feature data and processing logs will be automatically and completely deleted from our system immediately. We will not store, retain, backup or cache any of your personal creative data, biometric feature data and operation data on our servers or local equipment for any purpose.
We do not actively collect any user personal identification information, including but not limited to user name, contact information, avatar, location information, album data and other irrelevant personal data. The App only accesses user’s local album and camera permissions solely for the purpose of completing user-initiated AI creation operations, and no accessed data will be uploaded or saved.
2. Data Sharing & Disclosure Commitment
Absolute No Third-Party Data Sharing. We solemnly promise that we will never share, sell, rent, transmit, disclose or authorize any third-party individual, enterprise or institution to obtain, use or process any user-related data, including all uploaded original files, generated creative content, temporary processing data and user operation records involved in the use of the App.
There are no data sharing, data authorization or data trading cooperation mechanisms with any third-party service providers, partners or affiliated entities. All AI data processing operations are independently completed through our exclusive technical system, and no external third-party interface will be invoked for data transmission and processing.
We will not disclose any user data to the public, any commercial organization or non-commercial institution under any circumstances, unless explicitly required by mandatory legal provisions and formal legal procedures.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
All temporary data processing behaviors of the App are limited to the sole purpose of providing you with the AI creative services you actively request, including:
- Real-time rendering and style optimization of user uploaded images;
- Converting user static images into dynamic video content;
- Intelligent clothing replacement processing for user portrait images;
- Legal and compliant AI face swapping creation initiated by users themselves;
- Real-time verification and optimization of service effect to ensure normal operation of App functions.
We will not use any user temporary data for commercial promotion, user portrait analysis, secondary creation training, data marketing or any other purposes unrelated to the core service functions.
4. User Rights & Obligations
User Rights: Since we do not store any user data, you have permanent rights of ownership, use and disposal to all creative content generated by the App. You can independently save, delete and use the generated content, and there is no risk of private data leakage caused by our server storage.
User Obligations: You agree to use the App in compliance with global general network usage norms and legal rules. You shall be solely responsible for all content you upload and create, and shall not use our AI functions to produce, edit or spread illegal, infringing, obscene, violent or misleading content. You shall ensure that you have obtained legal authorization and consent for all portrait materials, image and video resources uploaded by you.
5. Data Security Protection Measures
We adopt industry-standard encryption technology and real-time data destruction mechanisms to protect user privacy and data security. All real-time data processing processes are encrypted and isolated, with strict access and supervision mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access, transmission and leakage of temporary data.
Our technical system conducts automatic real-time cleaning of all service data after each user operation, completely eliminating the risk of user data residual leakage, and fully protecting user privacy and data security.
6. Service Update & Policy Revision
We reserve the right to adjust and revise this Privacy Policy according to function iteration and industry standard updates. The revised policy will be displayed on the App official page, and the updated content will take effect immediately after publication. Your continued use of the App after the policy update constitutes your recognition and acceptance of the revised terms.
